The Problem
Collectors lose hours to repetitive data entry, inconsistent fields, and marketplace-specific spreadsheets. CollectorSpeak fixes all of that.
Typing every field by hand for hundreds of items kills your productivity and your patience.
Without enforced templates, fields drift — condition scales vary, required data gets skipped.
Every platform wants a different spreadsheet layout. Reformatting exports is tedious busywork.
Your original notes and observations get lost in translation between capture and final listing.
Features
From capture to export, CollectorSpeak handles the entire workflow so you can focus on what matters — your collection.
Record your observations naturally. Multiple clips per session — select which ones feed into processing.
Snap one or multiple photos. Reads labels, covers, and details, then drafts structured fields with images attached.
Matches templates and extracts title, condition, attributes, and notes — every field with a confidence score.
Books, vinyl, comics, coins, cards, toys — each domain gets purpose-built fields. Create custom templates for anything.
Filter by domain, search your items, and browse full detail views with images, fields, notes, and source transcription.
Excel, CSV, PDF, JSON. Choose columns and save named report formats. Upload a marketplace template once — export matches it forever.
One long recording can yield several catalog items. Review, edit, and save each independently before committing.
Team-ready with role-based access, domain assignment, template provisioning, and user management.
How It Works
Record a voice note or snap photos. Describe naturally — CollectorSpeak handles the structure.
Transcribes, matches templates, and extracts structured fields — title, condition, attributes, and more.
See extracted items with confidence scores. Edit names, fields, and notes before saving.
Commit reviewed items to your searchable catalog with images, metadata, and source text preserved.
Choose a format, pick columns, or load a saved marketplace layout. One click — perfect output every time.
Killer Feature
Upload any marketplace's CSV or Excel template once. Map the columns to your catalog fields. Save it as a named format. From then on, every export matches that marketplace's exact layout — headers and all.

Questions
Accurate enough that reviewing is faster than typing, and not so accurate that you should skip reviewing. Every field carries a confidence score, and low-confidence values are flagged before you save. Clear audio and a description in trade vocabulary produce the best results.
You fix it in the review step, before the record enters your catalog. The original transcript stays attached to every item, so you can always check what you said against what was recorded.
Yes, in full, at any time, in CSV, Excel, or JSON, including your images. There is no export limit and no exit fee. Your catalog is yours.
Encrypted in the cloud, with all processing done server-side. Your catalog is not shared with other users and is not used to train models.
Book condition scales, comic grades, coin varieties, record sleeve grading, and card centering all have purpose-built fields. If your niche uses conventions we haven't covered, you can build a template for it — and tell us, because we'd rather ship it.
You get the product free while we're onboarding, in exchange for telling us what breaks. We take on a limited group each month so we can support each one properly. Join the list and we'll be in touch within two business days.
